• Shipping Information
  All orders will be delivered on the date on which they should be delivered. Hyderabad Cakes will take a telephonic confirmation from the recipient before delivering the gift.
• Shipping and Handling Charges
  Shipping and Handling Charges are included in our price. All orders must be placed 3 working days prior to the date of delivery.
• Delivery Timings
  All Orders should be placed 3 working days in advance. However, in case of orders received later, we do try to deliver at the earliest, as per your requirement but delivery in time cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries will take place between 9.00 am and 6.00 p.m. unless otherwise specified.
• House Locked Policy
  If the recipient of your gift is away and is not available continuously, we will deliver to the neighbours after making all efforts to contact the right recipient.
• The Decoration of Flowers Shown in picture will not be the same and The Decoration of Cakes Shown in picture will not be the same if the order has to be delivered on the same day.)

Return Policy
As most of the articles we deal with are perishable we will not accept any returns of orders unless the goods supplied by us are defective, damaged or wrongly shipped
